By accessing and using SJNLP Innovations, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided

SJNLP Innovations provides advanced NLP and machine learning models for research and educational purposes.

3. Use of Service

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the service.

4. User Conduct

Users must not misuse our services, including by:

- Interfering with our services or attempting to access them using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide.

- Using the service in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair the service or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on this website, including but not limited to text, software, code, design, and graphics, are owned by or licensed to SJNLP Innovations.

6. Limitation of Liability

SJNLP Innovations will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

- Your use or inability to use the service.

- Any unauthorized access or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

- Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or similar which may be transmitted to or through our service by any third party.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SJNLP Innovations is established and applicable global standards, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

9. Service Usage Limitation

The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only unless additional agreements are made.

10. Future User Consent Procedure

Currently, as we are in the development and research phase, explicit user consent procedures have not been implemented. However, in the future, we will implement clear user consent procedures, ensuring compliance with data protection laws and best practices. These procedures will include obtaining explicit consent from users for the collection and processing of personal data. The consent procedure will include detailed information about the data collected, the purposes of processing, and users' rights. 

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services will be resolved through mandatory arbitration. Both parties agree to try to resolve disputes informally before initiating arbitration.
